Refund policy:
Arriva has a no refund policy, without any exception. By purchasing tickets you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the aforementioned no refund policy.
Ticket processing:
Once your payment has been processed you will receive confirmation that your payment has been successful and your ticket order has entered our system, with a booking reference number. This is confirmation of your booking and is not a travel ticket.
Tickets will be sent by post to the address that you have provided.
Tickets will be put in the post within 5 working days. Please allow time for delivery.
If you do not receive your ticket within the time outlined above please call our Customer Care Centre on 21 22 2000, quoting your booking reference number. Please note: you will need to provide your booking reference number to enable our team to track your purchase.
