Arriva Malta helped the organisers of the Annual Penitential Pilgramage, organised in aid of the Puttinu Cares organisation. Arriva helped with the transport needs incurred as part of the Penitentiary Walk. This is a walk from Mellieha to l-Isla organised on the night of Good Friday.

Arriva offered a number of buses that took the participants of the Penitentiary Walk back to Mellieha where most most of them had left their private cars prior to starting the walk.
