All arriva tickets (except for the 2-hour ticket) can be bought through our Customer Care Centre by calling (+356) 2122-2000 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets purchased will be delivered by post or can be picked up at one of our ticket booths: the airport, Valletta, Buġibba and Sliema. In your communication please indicate intended ticket and preferred method of collection (you will need to supply a postal address or choose a booth for collection.
The online ticketing voucher provides you with a voucher to top up the Saver card.
How does it work?
- Log into the Arriva website to select your preferred top-up option
- Once the right top-up option is selected and all the correct details are entered, you will be provided with a payment voucher which needs to be downloaded and printed.
- Once the voucher is printed, proceed to any Arriva Malta ticket booth to redeem the voucher. The ticket booths are situated at:
- Valletta bus terminus
- Buġibba bus terminus
- Malta International Airport
