All arriva tickets (except for the 2-hour ticket) can be bought through our Customer Care Centre by calling (+356) 2122-2000 or sending an email to enquiries@arriva.com.mt. Tickets purchased will be delivered by post or can be picked up at one of our ticket booths: the airport, Valletta, Buġibba and Sliema. In your communication please indicate intended ticket and preferred method of collection (you will need to supply a postal address or choose a booth for collection.

The online ticketing voucher provides you with a voucher to top up the Saver card.

How does it work?

  1. Log into the Arriva website to select your preferred top-up option
  2. Once the right top-up option is selected and all the correct details are entered, you will be provided with a payment voucher which needs to be downloaded and printed.
  3. Once the voucher is printed, proceed to any Arriva Malta ticket booth to redeem the voucher. The ticket booths are situated at:
  • Valletta bus terminus
  • Buġibba bus terminus
  • Malta International Airport

So that we can calculate the correct fares for you, please tell us whether or not you are a resident of Malta. To be a resident you need to hold an official Malta Identity Card or a Registration Certificate/Residence Card (for EU citizens and their family members) or a Long-Term Residence Permit, all issued by the Government of Malta.
